How you see your leadership and how others experience it are rarely the same. The EQ 360 Leadership Development Experience combines a comprehensive 360-degree emotional intelligence assessment with one-on-one executive coaching, a confidential process that moves you from assessment to insight, and from insight to action.

Investment: $1,800

What You Will Achieve:

  • Understand how your emotional intelligence is experienced by the people you work with.

  • See where your self-perception aligns with how others see you, and where it differs.

  • Identify the leadership priorities that will have the greatest impact.

  • Leave with a focused action plan for turning awareness into effective leadership behavior.

Package Includes:

  • EQ-i 2.0 360 assessment: your self-assessment plus confidential feedback from 7–12 raters.

  • Rater coordination and assessment administration.

  • Comprehensive EQ 360 Leadership Report.

  • Three one-on-one, 60-minute executive coaching sessions:

    1. Understand: Your EQ 360 Results. Explore your strengths, development opportunities, and where self-perception differs from how others experience you.

    2. Focus: From Insight to Leadership. Identify your highest-impact priorities and translate them into specific, observable behaviors.

    3. Apply: Turning Insight Into Action. Build your action plan, establish accountability, and apply the learning to current challenges and relationships.

Who Provides Feedback:

  • Manager (1–2): your direct supervisor and, where relevant, a skip-level or dotted-line manager.

  • Peers (3–4): colleagues at a similar level who collaborate with you regularly.

  • Direct reports (3–4): team members who report to you.

  • Other stakeholders (1–2, optional): cross-functional partners, internal customers, or external partners.

Peer and direct-report groups need at least three raters to protect anonymity and encourage candid feedback. We'll finalize your rater list together.
