Mary Ellen is an ICF Certified Executive and Leadership Coach. She dovetails career success in industry, with robust coaching education, to offer organizations and individuals professional and personal growth programs. With beginnings as a Sales Representative, McGraw Hill, to developing the Energy Market Business, Bloomberg LP, to Managing Director, New York Stock Exchange, she will share the knowledge gained, and lessons learned, to develop personally, and succeed professionally.  

She served as a Team Development Facilitator for the US National Whitewater Center, creating team building programs for organizations of all sizes and types. In her private practice, she partners with clients and organizations to uncover, develop and accomplish a plan for success and fulfillment.
